Pick up from your hotel will be from 6:30 - 7:00 am. We will travel for about an hour and a half until we reach the district of Checacupe; place where we will have a small stop for approx. 20 minutes to get to know the 3 bridges of the area coming from different periods (Colonial, Republican and Inca) make use of the hygienic services and purchase of snacks. Then we will travel by an average of 2:20 hrs until we reach the community of Palccoyo; starting point to our walk (4,100msnm), we will start with our walk for 30 minutes average until we reach the first viewpoint that is 4,800 meters above sea level. From this point we can appreciate the colorful mountains, we will have an informative talk by the guide and about 15 minutes, Free time to take pictures and explore the area.
At the return of the walk we will visit the forest of stones to then descend through the red valley and return to the starting point of our walk. We will board the return bus to go to the District of Cusipata, where we will taste an exquisite buffet lunch at a local tourist restaurant in the area.
After lunch, we will return to the city of Cusco arriving approximately at 18:00 hrs to our hotel.
