This is a magnificent tour that will take us to know the hidden roads of the Inca valley in Maras and Moray.
The unexpected beauty of Maras is found when we find a colonial style church which is surrounded by impressive mountains. As we move forward we will see the salt fields that shine against the blue sky or reflect in contrast to the green valleys on their side of the mountains. The salt pools are the product of a stream of underground water that is channeled and poured salts to then proceed to crystallize. This amount of salt pools extends along a stream that makes the view spectacular.
The mystery of Moray is still unknown in its circular design. Like many Inca constructions, it has an irrigation system and terraces, but still questions its structural depressions similar to the Roman Colosseum. Some say it was for agricultural experiments in different crops, but its depth, design and orientation with respect to wind and sun creates a temperature difference of up to 15 ° C (27 ° F).
