Our private transport from Cuye Travel Peru will pick you up from the hotel where you are staying in the city of Cusco and travel to the community of Patahuasi. In the community of Patahuasi, our personnel from Cuye Travel Peru, awaits you ready with the ATVs and the complete equipment such as gloves, helmets, etc. Our instructor specialized in ATVs will provide us with all the necessary information about the proper use of the vehicles and will explain in detail the route we will cover.
Finishing the safety instructions, we will begin our journey towards Moray, accompanied at all times by our instructor through winding trails, climb hills and encounter difficult stretches typical of the area.
Once we get to Moray, we will have enough time to visit the circular terraces that were built in huge natural depressions or holes in the surface of the ground. Initial studies on these circles indicate that the Incas designed it and used it for the scientific research of agriculture as well as being able to acclimate their seeds, brought from the different places of the Inca Empire. After our visit to Moray we go to the town of Maras, where we will make a brief stop in the main square.
Then we go to the famous salt mines of Maras, better known as the Salineras. At the end of the tour our Cuye Travel Peru transport will be waiting for us to return to Cusco.
